I try to describe H2N behaviour after reinstalling - its working perfect after h2N is opened and is working fine during session first 1-2 hours but then its getting slower and slower and after all its not responding...
Really no idea what could help. I have 16GB of RAM and intel i-7 CPR 3.5GHz so there should be no problem with performance of my PC also there are no viruses detected.
Is it normal that there are multiple postgres.exe processes running?
Would you like some logs from the session?

update: hud is working now. I was always using memu ever since playing on Chinese apps, just thought let's try other emulators. First I tried nox, same situation as with memu, hands are imported, but no hud.
then I installed momo and lo and behold, hud is working instantly after opening a table, even if i'm not playing.
now I will reinstall antivirus and hopefully hud will still work afterwards.
I have the exact same problem. Hand2Note version 220.127.116.11, 40M hands database and H2NProTools isntalled. When I try to build a report in range research with the filter "isFish", it loads +100k players and then it spends hours in the "saving stats into database" without any sucess. I'm going to send the logs via email right now. Are there any updates in this matter since the last post?

Please ensure that you use the last Hand2Note version and provide us with the additional information:
Delete old log files and all subfolders in the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs
Enable logging in Configuration -> Other Options -> Logging
Reproduce the problem.
Archive the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs with all subfolders and send to email@example.com along with hand history samples for incorrectly tracked hands.
5.Please, also make a visual representation of the problem. For example, short video or screenshots where we can see a bug. This will help us a lot to reproduce and fix the problem.
