not all hands showing in hud

Hi played about 70 hands against opponent on pokerstars 6max table. But hands are not showing on opponents hud, opponent hud shows zero hands.
Hands are recorded in session.

i have been using h2n for 18 months now, have tried resetting gametypes and rebuilding database.
