Location not recognized

This may not be related to Hand2note but it's worth a shot to see if anyone knows a solution.
I am using nox to play at pokermaster right now. For some reason, the pokermaster tables are not recognizing my location. It has worked in the past but starting yesterday it hasn't recognized my location. I have tried 1) changing my locations, 2) reinstalling nox, 3) installing google maps on my nox, 4) using VPN 5) resetting my computer (not to factory setting but all softwares) etc.

Any idea how I can fix it?
