In fact, hero bet 7 on flop, called 19 on turn and folded on river, but H2N only record hero lost 3.

Please ensure that you use the last Hand2Note version and provide us with the additional information:

Delete old log files and all subfolders in the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs
Enable logging in Configuration -> Other Options -> Logging
Reproduce the problem.
Archive the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs with all subfolders and send to support@hand2note.com along with hand history samples for incorrectly tracked hands.

5.Please, also make a visual representation of the problem. For example, short video or screenshots where we can see a bug. This will help us a lot to reproduce and fix the problem.
