Poker Master HUD problem

My friend ask me to help him.....
HUD doesnt appear - at the tables and also in REPLAYER !!if the Poker Master table is open - hands are saved in the database -- and I can open Main popup by click 2times at any player
So everything works correct but HUD nope
Any ideas ?

- Uninstall the anti-virus program and restart the computer;
- Check the auto import path;
- Try logging in again;
- Install the Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable 2015;
- Install/Reinstall WinPcap.
