How do we alter the default stat popups?

For example, your help page here shows the stat info popup for continuation bet. How do I alter these popups?
If it is not possible, is it possible to create all of these elements on my own? For example, can I include things in a popup like: the preflop diagram, the hands grid/matrix, and the list of hand histories?
