Client Not Showing Stats

Hello I am new to using HUDs, i have opened the Hand2Note Software and I've also opened up my PokerStars Client. But when I open a PokerStars Game My opponents stats aren't showing. How can I fix this ?

@gt-hud Yes, I have went through the get started page already and have completed everything it has told me to. But win I open a pokerstars game with the hand2note program open the hud stats still wont show.
