Created a new DB as stats werent appearing, but my new database is significantly smaller, and wondering if its possible to locate the old database and copy the HH from it to the new DB?

You can select and activate any of your databases in Configuration->Database . For Example:

@keepcalm Yeah sorry I was advised to create a new DB as my old one was not displaying data in my hud, I did but I dont have all the HHs from the old DB anymore, is there a way to get them from my old H2N db?

You can restore your database from archived hand history if it was enabled:
Otherwise, you can export hero's hand history:
