All Expression syntax

Hi there,
I'm trying to play around with the Expressions stats but I cannot work out the syntax.
Is there a good manual or a guide with at least all the possible syntax and operators?Can anybody help me to build a stat for the number of big pots (>30bb) won/lost by a player (ideally I'm looking at a stat that would also pop up the list of hands for replay when mouse over)
