Not sure if I understand difference between this two conditions :
First player's action on street
and
First non-fold actions on street

If someone could explain what means every condition, I would be grateful. :)

First player's action on street - the first action of the Player

First non-fold actions on street - the first action of someone (limp, call, raise, check).
