open assigned popup by left mouse click not working

hello wheni am trying to use my hud when i am playing . i hover sometiems with my mouse over the hud and i always get a popup
for example
https://gyazo.com/45e974d38287b76ee85cc8b3d3bc4e84i hover over some stats and i get a popup. its very distracting during game because you will accidently always hover over a stat.
i tried to disable this by

clicking on left click to open popups. but that only assigned left click for the popups i created not the ones from the hud in game. is there a way to have no popup huds come unless i first click them and not just hover over it.

You can only increase a delay between mouse hovering over stat and opening additional Popup on stat in Configuration->Popup on stats:
