No stats showing in HUD I bought

Hi,
I bought "PokerMaster" LIGHT STATIC Package (ENG) and I can't get the stats to show.
When I clear / rebuild, still no results.
I have an active pokermaster hud subscribtion. Do I also need to buy the other subscription (Beginner/Pro/Edge) for everything to work?

Go to: Configuration (F12) / Game Types and click “Reset to default”, then re-configure and click Clear and Build stats in the main program window.
You do not need to buy an additional subscription to Beginner / Pro / Edge.

Hmmm I did all that already a couple of times.

I tried it again and it doesnt change. Not getting the stats :'(
Or what do u mean with re-configure. Anything special I have to do with it?
I just dragged the files into the config file and selected the hud.
