Hand histories uploaded to website lose the all-in indicator

Hey

When using the "Post a hand" feature on the website or the "Get link" feature in hand2note for posting hand histories (http://hand2note.com/Hands), you lose the indication on when a bet/call is all-in.

Example, viewing a hand in hand2note gets you:

But when viewing the same hand on the website, you lose the all-in indication:

It would be nice to add the "and is all-in" on the website as well.
