Stat info popup doesn't always show up

Hi,

I have a strange bug lately. The stat info popup doesn't show up on numerous preflop stats, like ColdCalls or 3bets, Squeezes and so on. However, it works perfectly fine on all the postflop stats, and weirdly, on preflop fold stats (for example, fold to 4bet). Do you have any idea why it happens?

Check your settings in Configuration->Popup on stats

lol, thanks, i've already checked it. What can i tweak there? I found zero options regarding this problem.

Try to disable pop-ups and re-enable:

Can you provide me some help? It is a quite big problem, and extremely annoying.

One thing i noticed lately, is that it works on small samples, usually <50.

Please try to proceed with a full reinstallation:

1. Check that you have installed all latest updates for Windows.

2. If you need to save your settings, copy Config and Notes folders in a safe place before uninstalling Hand2Note:

3. Uninstall Hand2Note.

4. After the uninstallation has finished please delete all files from the install directory (default folder is located in C:\Program Files\Hand2Note).

5. Install the latest version of Hand2Note:

6. Register your license key in Configuration->Other Options->License

7. Rebuild your statistics.

Then run Hand2Note in the default configuration(do not restore your config folder) and check whether the issue persists.
