Color coding not working in-game

Hi,
I have color coded my HUD but it behaves really strange when I play on Pokerstars. The colors are not working correctly.
It looks perfect in H2N when I test it out there but it looks bad when I play. Some of the stats work correctly with the color coding but others do not. I have double checked and the color coding is correct, and I have chosen the correct HUD for this game type.
What can the issue be?
