Tab replacment not working properly on popup view

I am recieving the following error after:
- Hit F6
- Change tab replacement to "left" (gear icon top right)
- Save it
- Switch Popup to another popup
- Change tab replacement to "left"
Die with error:

The problem with occasional crash fixed in last version 3.1.15.17:

It is in the latest version, and it is not have been fixed (no big issue no worry, just letting you know)
