HUD not working on Zoom

hud also stopped working for me about 2 weeks now on zoom pokerstars, on normal table hud showing without a problem. is this a general problem?

Try turning off the "ZOOM" option in Game Types.

thanks for the idee, but zoom was disabled on default, anything else what can be done? and is this a general problem atm?

Hud on zoom doesnt work all of a sudden. I think there was a software update from stars. I play on pokerstars.se. Please help! Where can i find this "zoom" option?

It has been 2 days that I have been playing without the H2N HUD in Pokerstars, since I updated the PS client on Thursday. I was waiting for an update from H2N after the PS update, but as it has passed 48 hours, maybe this is not the problem... Any suggestion?

@panzermensch I have rolled back the PS client to the old version as oriented at the end of the page in this link: http://hand2note.com/Help/pages/Troubleshooting/HUDIsNotDisplayed/
Now it is working fine again, at least is a temporary solution until H2N fix it in their next update.

Try specifying the auto import path in H2N / Configuration / Auto Import

Is there any solution to this problem? I used backup version of poker pokerstars.EU but today client forced me to install new version and HUD dosent show up on zoom cash games. I try to trick with manual folder destination but it dosent work too.
(on pokerstars.ES is the same)
I hope it is some solution.

@gt-hud Do you know when it will be? Because the new client has been around since February/march.

I think the problem is that after upgrading on normal cash games tables, if someone joins the game, their statistics will show up only after playing his frst hand. And it doesn't matter that we already have 50, 100 or 200 hands on it. In zoom it would cause that HUD will never show us because HUD thinks that there is always the first hand for everyone. But what caused the update that theoretically changed only the look of the client?

Hi, HUD in zoom works on the latest version of Hand2Note and Pokerstars with the following order of launching programs:
Hand2note
Room as Admin
Starshelper or StarsCaption as Admin--------------------------------------

Hy,
it may work on zoom tables but on reg tables, HUD is still showing up only AFTER you played at least one hand on the table. So it also doesn't work in observe mode. With Pokertracker it works though, so I guess we're gonna get a fix for that?
