disable one click fold popup hud

hello sometimes when i have my popup hud displayed for looking at hud stats, if i accidently click on the popup hud even if its pinned, it closes the popup hud, is there anyway to disable that feature, i would like the only way to close the popup hud by clicking on the X on the top right.

i have this popup hud pulled up. i checked off the pin tab feature. the only way i want to be able to close this popup is by clicking on the top right where it shows the X near the pinned tab feature. right now if i click anywhere on the hud accidently with a mouse click it closes the hud popup

The yellow pin is used to prevent popups from closing automatically when you call another popup.
