other highlight options instead of colour range

hey guys, is it possible to add the option of highlighting specific stat values with text format options like "0-20" gets bold, italic or underlined additional to the existing colour range option?
If someone has specific colours to his stats sometimes 60% of the HUD stats are highlighted on specific player (:-)) which is a bit hard for the eyes (especially if the highlight colour is pink :-D).
And elegant underlined stat would be great instead.
