HUD not showing on ACR

Hi, for some reason the HUD is not showing on Americas Cardroom. Every other site is fine.
I've got the path set in configuration to: C:\AmericasCardroom/handHistory but still nothing
Any ideas?

Got the same problem on other WPN site, on Black Chip Poker - hud dont work. I configure auto import correct. The strangest is it when i play one tournament a long time and I reach a semi or final table hud appear on table with all hands on players. Play on BCP 3-4 days with h2n and got that situation twice.

@keepcalm I do that, now I got hud on cash game but not on tounaments. Any more ideas? I use default config.
