Hand2note doesn't import hands

Playing on Winamax. The hud comes up, but shows everyone having 0 hand sample. No hands are imported. This is after reinstalling entire software.

1. Go to Configuration → Game Types, click "Reset to default", then "Save"
2. Select desired HUD and popup profile in your game type
3. Rebuild the stats
