HUD ipoker is not updating in the table

Hello,
I bought hand2note pro to use at Betfair (IPOKER) and it is not working well.
Whenever I change tables, hand2note keeps the HUD from the old playes.
I would like to know if you have any prediction to fix this problem and what I could do with my hand2note key, because I bought it and I'm not able to use it due to an h2n problem.
