ACR Hero hands not showing

I want to report a bug on ACR. Hero's hands are not showing in H2N and in the re-player as shown in the image below. Also last hands played are not showing on the tables (unable to display and mark hands).

I did the re-install and it still doesn't work (hands are importing and HUD stats are showing, but I am still unable to mark hands and see my own hands).

I'm having this same issue.. Hero's hands don't display in the hand replayer. I have also set up a seperate table for Hero's HUD.
Any advice?

Hi,
Update the program to the latest version
Go to: Configuration (F12) / Game Types and click “Reset to default”, then re-configure and click Clear and Build stats in the main program window.
