Problem with notetaking

Hello everyone,

I can't take notes on my opponents because half of the letters don't work. I have to copy/paste notes from a text file. I talked with other players and no one had this problem. I'm sure it comes from H2N because it works perfectly when i turn the software off.
I'm playing on Winamax and Partypoker. Any idea where it comes from ?
I can provide more information if you need to.
