H2N does not recognise the Hero (iPoker, Grosvenor)

e.g.

-most recent tournaments are not being recorded
-my stats are being recorded but not as the hero (when i click 'show hero stats' it is empty, but my stats are there under an identical name)
-my 'show only on hero' HUD bar has no stats

i have tried reinstalling, resetting gamemodes, rebuilding stats, adding aliases etc.

any suggestions? thanks
