Winamax import go fast miss some hands

Not all hands on Winamax go-fast import, can i send you my files ?

Have you filled in "Hero's nickname" for Winamax in Configuration ->Rooms?

How do you define that some hands are not imported?

Because in Winamax I can see how many hands i played in one session and the number in Winamax and in Hand2Note is different...

Do you have the problem when importing hands from files or during auto import while playing?

Please, provide us with the additional information.

1. Enable logging in Configuration -> Other Options -> Logging
2. Play several hands
3. Make screenshots where we can see the problem. Titles of the tables and local time in your PC should be visible on screenshots.
4. Archive folder with Hand2Note and send us together with screenshot on email support@hand2note.com with link to your message on the forum
