head2note stopped working

Due to problems I had to format my computer, so I reinstalled the program, but when I try to open it, it shows me this problem.

I searched and found a similar problem here, and there was a download patch I downloaded and installed inside the head2note folder, but it still didn't work.

I hope I can solve my problem soon.

Hi, try installing all the latest Windows updates.

Please try the following:

1. Disable antivirus or add Hand2Note installation folder into the exceptions list
2. Install all the latest Windows updates
3. Reboot your PC
4. Reinstall Hand2Note again, as described in our guide:
