Not importing and no hud on PS

Hi... Pokerstars updated this morning when I logged in. I since have not been able to get H2N importing any hands and hud won't show up.. I have followed many topics on the forums to resolve it and nothing has worked and seemed to have tried everything..
- made sure my system was up to date
- reset game types to default
- cleared and rebuilt stats twice
- reinstalled both h2n and pokerstars twice
I don't know what else to do. Can someone assist?
