My losses are not being putted into account on Poker Bros

Hello, I just started using Hand2note playing on Poker bros, but I realized that hand2note is not putting into the reports MOST OF THE HANDS I LOOSE. So my reports show that I’m winning much more than I am really doing. How can I solve this?

Occasionally Hand2Note may lose some hands while playing in Asian rooms due to the specificity of the process of gathering hands from these apps:

What can I do to make the problem less accountable at least? I just started using H2N and I intend to use at least for a year if I find the program reliable. I’m really noticing that usually my “biggest losses” don’t show on the results.

@Alex okay, I erased all my hand and the program has no history anymore. I’m on step 4 right now: should I do something different than normal to be using both programs as administrador? I usually turn on the computer, open H2N, open 3 poker bros tables with the emulator, and start playing.
If I am able to solve this issue, I will be a happy customer. Thank you for the support.

Try the following:
Reboot your PC and router
Disable antivirus
Start Hand2Note as administrator
Start emulator as administrator
Open one table and play a few hands
Don't run any other emulators or converters.

Removing your antivirus can also help solve this problem.
