HUD on WPN
-
Am I the only one having this issue?
I have a working HUD on WPN but it does not update mid sesh.
Let's say i enter a table with 0 hands on every player, that number on hands stays the same until the next day (not sure about this). The number does not change even if I reiniciate H2N.
I've tried to reinstall PokerKing, made all the updates on H2N, did all the auto-import stuff, etc.
Can't make this work for nothing.

All in all WPN hud module might work unstable and it already has quite a lot of problems. Soon we are expecting to launch updated WPN module which should fix these problems.
All in all as you said you've come across the steps i can recommend to you.

Please try to add Hand2Note and Poker clients to the Windows Defender exclusion and disable/remove your antivirus.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/add-an-exclusion-to-windows-security-811816c0-4dfd-af4a-47e4-c301afe13b26
You should add the whole folder of Hand2Note and your poker client to the exclusions.
Please install all the latest windows updates for your pc.
Restart your pc and make sure that you run Hand2Note and poker client as an administrator -

Guess I'ma gonna have to wait.
-
Hi, please show your auto-import settings.
And try to remove the antivirus / firewall.
-
I have H2n with all exceptions and permitions. Even tried to turn off the antivirus/firewall.

The url for the screenshot is on the reply above.
But here it goes anyway:

Please disable the "Auto import from side tracker's database" option and check that your folder for Auto Import is the same as pointed in your poker room settings
-
Done and done. Still nothing.

PokerKing WPN saves HH in C:\PokerKing\Handhistoy\ by default, the PokerKing folder must be in root directlory, not in the subfolder. Please check that you've entered the correct path and the hands are being saved there.
Also follow these steps: https://hand2note.com/Help/pages/Troubleshooting/HUDIsNotBeingUpdated/

Disabling antivirus / firewall may not help, it is better to uninstall and check again.
You also need to check the auto-import settings.
Also check if H2N works in other poker rooms.

@ValS already done that
EDIT: actually @ValS that was the problem. Had the username subfolder selected instead of the root folder.
Nevertheless there is no hand replayer to see the hands previously played on the table. Don't know why.
