How do I set a HUD so that it only shows stats from that session?

One other thing, I want a different HUD on party to other sites, when I switch HUD on the Party tables it switches the HUD on all sites?

You can change DISPLAY CONDITIONS for your HUD depending on а poker room in HUD Editor:
