range research broken since last update?
-
I've been using range research many times for a long time now, and I haven't had any issues with it.
However, since the latest version, everything seems to be a little off.
Example 1:
https://www.screencast.com/t/2jfeM5UfCKePThis example uses a sample of 10,000,000+ hands, resulting in a player pool report of 56,000,000+ hands. That part is correct.
However, the stats are all wrong? I marked some of the obvious errors. I've rebuilt the database, I've re-run the report several times and I get the same results all the time.
Example 2:
https://www.screencast.com/t/JTAmFBGuEven more obvious. None of the stats can be trusted. I mean, what is going on here? Something has been broken, but I have no idea what.
Please advice...

I've rebuilt the database

Have you rebuilt your database or only stats?
-
Please, make a screenshot of your report's settings

Here's the printscreen: https://www.screencast.com/t/xnnIn1TSAJ
I meant I've rebuilt the stats, sorry. Re-importing all the hands would take ages as I'm sure you know, despite your awesome import speeds compared to PT4 or HM2.

Please make sure that all the stats in your Popup work correctly outside the Range Research reports.

They do not work correctly outside of Range Research. I do not know what has happened? I assume it is because of one of your updates, because I haven't looked at this stuff since then.
I created a new database, I imported all the hands.
The stats do not display correctly for the players.
For example: https://www.screencast.com/t/XkiFwyBUItge
Most of the players you see there, have negative winrates... But, that is incorrect, most of them are actually massive winners. Hand2Note is counting their winnings incorrectly.
I looked at their stats, and they're not trustworthy.
What's wrong?

What is going on here?

Could you please send us by email to support@hand2note.com the hand history sample where we can see the problem?
-
Uhm.
That's 10,000,000 hands?
The sample works fine, I've been using it for a long, long time.
Something else must've changed.
You will find zero errors with the hands, confirmed and validated.

No. I only need a small sample to reproduce the problem.
Besides, archive the folder with Hand2Note and also send to us (You can remove old log files in the folder C:\ProgramFiles\Hand2Note\logs to reduce the size of the archive.)
