Pop-Up on Stats?

Is it not possible to assign a pop-up to a stat and then when clicked upon that pop-up opens and NOT the main default one? It works fine if I just hover over stat, but I'd like to be able to click it as well and have that pop-up open...

Also what is the pushpin on the pop-ups? the yellow thing... I can't seem to figure out what its purpose is.

If you click the yellow pushpin then the popup will not close when you open other popups.
