Bugg Import Hands



  • I play on the biggest French poker room (WINAMAX) and I have a problem with importing hands .. All the hands are not imported!

    An example during a session:

    Winamax site stat: 89 hands played: -0.49euros
    Hand2note stat: 76 hands played: -0.24euros

    About 10% of the hands are still missing ! Why ?

    Please, provide us with the additional information.

    1. Enable logging in Configuration -> Other Options -> Logging (You can remove old log files in the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs to reduce the size of an archive.)
    2. Reproduce the problem
    3. Archive the folder with Hand2Note and send to us by email to support@hand2note.com with a link to your message on the forum.
    4. Please, make a visual representation of the problem. For example, short video or screenshots where we can see a bug. This will help us a lot to reproduce and fix the problem.

    You can use any convenient file sharing service, for example, http://www.dropbox.com/, if the file exceeds 15MB

    The problem with losing occasional hands during the auto import and archiving was fixed in version 3.2.1.10 (at the beta-test stage now):

    Hand2Note 3.2.1

    I installed the beta, but the import error and the positional HUD bug at winamax still the same.

    I installed the newest H2N (ver. 3.2.1.15) and I still have these bugs on Winamax

    1. positional HUD sometimes fails to update after a hand
    2. Occasional hands are lost during the auto import and archiving
