Hud not updating during playing sessions

My HUD is showing on the tables but it's not updating after hands played. For example, I get on a table and the number of hands on unknown Villain's are 0, but after ten hands it still says 0. What should I do?

I've done everything using method 1 (Adjust auto import from folders) but I'm still not getting updates for hands and my Nickname is correct for the poker client 'Pokerstars.'
