Reports/+Filter/Action Tab Broken

Hi guys,
When I click the box shown in the below screenshot, Hand2Note completely freezes up.
Is there any way to fix this, and/or will this be fixed in the next update?

Hi guys,
Sorry for the late response. I still get the same error with a windows message of "Hand2Note has stopped working" even when I rebuild my stats.
Is there anyway I can send you an error log to help find the cause of the problem?

Re-built stats, then Action, and it stops working

What version of Hand2Note have you installed?
