Not importing tournament hands

Hey, I just downloaded your program and I was able to import my cash game hands from PT4 database, but not MTT hands. I should have around 2 million of them, but it's not importing any. How can I fix this?

On Pokerstars, 888 poker, Winamax, Ipoker, Microgaming and PartyPoker.

Please note that IPoker hand histories import from PT4 is not supported because PT4 converts IPoker hand histories in its own unique format:
Getting Started with Hand2Note
Also, you can't import hand histories for rooms that require a converter like MPN.
Could you please switch to tournament mode:
and make a screenshot?

I have exactly the same problem. What is the sollution?
I can import all my cash hands, but not tournament. I tried importing both in cash mode and in tournament mode.
