Pokermaster HUD didn`t show

Hello,everyone,my system is win10 pro, and i relogined in several times.
H2note hud still doesn`t come out ,please help!

Is it the reason my cpu doesn`t have the Hyper Threading Technology? My CPU is i5 7500 . I change i7 CPU, the HUD work.
why?

I updated the lastest vision ,still not work?
Is it the reason the i7 CPU only can work?

1. What version number of Hand2Note have you installed?

2. What Android emulator have you installed?

CPU problem, the same software and emulator installed on i7 computer ,the HUD work. i5 cpu ,fail!
What wrong with this ? Did i need buy i7 7700K to use your software?It hurt me, guys？

Now it can `t auto upgraded to the lastest version,show some error.

I have updated to the version 3.2.1.181, HUD still didn`t show?
What wrong with it ,need buy i7 cpu for your software?

Try to log out and log in to PokerMaster again while Hand2Note is running.

Please note that FB login is not supported.

NO,your method doesn`t work! I7 cpu only can use!

Please try to update Nand2Note to the last version with full reinstallation:

1. Check that you have installed all latest updates for Windows

2. Remove database. By default, it is located in the next folder:

C:\Users<YourUsername>\AppData\Roaming\Hand2Note\h2ndb

3. If you need to save your settings, copy Config and Notes folders in a safe place before uninstalling Hand2Note:

4. Uninstall Hand2Note.

5. After the uninstallation has finished please delete all files from the install directory (default folder is located in C:\Program Files\Hand2Note).

6. Install the latest version of Hand2Note for PokerMaster:

   http://hand2note.com/PokerMaster

Then, run Hand2Note as administrator in the default configuration and check whether the issue persists.
