Ignition Hand History

Hello, I've been looking online and finding minimal results so I figured I would make a post on the forums. I'm having trouble loading my Ignition hand history into Hand2Note. Is Ignition not compatible with H2N? I apologize if this is a dumb question this is my first time trying to review my hand histories.

You can use Hand2Note in unsupported poker rooms if you have found a handhistory converter only.
