pop up appears when i put mouse over stats in hud

hey, when i put the mouse over the stats in the hud, it appears the definition of the actions of the stat and i would like that it not appear, (this and the Range table with the hands they have played )

but then you disable all the popups, i dont want to appear for example the popup it appears when you dont click and it says you de definition of the stat.
