Starshelper not detected

I am running starshelper and Hand2note but on the bottom of my Hand2note window it says " Starshelper/sessionlord/.... is not detected".
Do i have to do anything for Hand2note to connect to starshelper and if yes what?

You need to run all the programs on behalf of the administrator!
