Reg Vs Reg. In the HUD

Hi Guys! I have a little question, when i put in the HUD the player with ''REG'' in the notes, but i don't have hands or i have hands with this player, after this the option REG VS REG in the Hadn2note database is On? Or just when i configure the stats ''Who is reg''?. What i really want to know is after my notes the software undarstand and computed that menssage.
