Only 2/3 tbls get HUD

I have reinstalled H2N and PM and logged out and relogged in several times. And each time the HUD only detects 2/3 tables.
Do not know what to do, please advice.

close the emulators that h2n hud is working on and leave the one the hud is not appearing on open, after a few seconds the hud should appear and then you can open all emulators
