I was wondering if there is a way to mass apply pop ups.

In my opinion he want to assign one popup into few HUD stats in HUD editor in the same monent

You need to do one after one

Exactly as he says. For example I want to apply the same popup to RFI that are positional therefore for 6 max games I would have to do it 6 times.
