Can't find hand histories when hover on reg/fish icon(red/green box).

Today I open H2N and play pokermaster as usual,
When I want to check some players showdown histories, I can't find them by hovering on reg/fish icon(the red/green box).
I checked/unchecked the "only hands with showdowns" checkbox and still shows nothing.
I am pretty sure those hands is well captured by H2N, because I can find them on players' preflop charts.
How can I fix it? Thanks.
