Microgaming importing hands through converter

I recently bought the planetconverter for microgaming network. It seems to save all non-anonymous hands where I have contributed to the pot, however those hands won't load in Hand2Note. My HUD is tracking stats however I can't review any of the hands or view a graph. Actually there are 0 hands imported to Hand2Note from what I can see. Is there a specific way to view hands if they are converted?
