Hi,
as already written in the topic my Hand2note closes immediately after I open a table at the Pokerclient .
Tested 2 different H2N DBs created a new one tested it with Pokerstars and Ipoker always the same mistake.
Strange is that I didnt get any notification or message from H2N it just closes (without shutting down)
Wrorked fine till yesterday
Any Ideas ?

Have the same Problem again
With Starshelper no Hand Import
H2N Version 3.2.6.24
Same Problem here since Stars Cleint update today.
Also reg tables not working anymore
Zoom in Game Type configuration not marked, H2N and Stars Helper are latest Version .
Hands are imported in H2N but no HUD is shown.
Worked fine before Stars Update.
Ah and everything is of cause started as Admin.
Any solutions or more Customers with the same Problem ?

Hi ,
I bought the H2N Official Cash Package in June. After a few days I recognized that there are 22 filters mssing .
There are no related Values in the POP-ups(Call and Call 3-Bet) and the filter itself are also missing in the package.
Those are missing in the Call and Call 3-Bet Tab of the POP-UPs.
I already wrote in Email in June to the support Team and got the answer that this will be forwarded to the development Team.
When I look in the Shop the last Update for the Package was made in May 2017.
So do you have any time Frame when those stats and the Pop-Up will be updated ?

I bought Range Research yesterday and have the same problem but my DB is bigger . It contains 40M Hands. Ia there any limitation where Range Research doesnt work properly ? I dont have any problems with smaller DB of 4M or 12 M Hands.
System i5 16 GB, any bottleneck on my System ?

Hi,
I have a strange problem. The H2N Icon which stays on Top of each table to switch Profiles , the last hands etc. suddenly vanished on Pokerstars.
In the Replayer of H2N everything is fine and the Icon is on Top of the Table.
So is there any way to "find" it or to reset settings to get it on top of the table again ?

Well, I don't want to have it done automatically but the Pop-up always shows me the player is a fish no matter what. Is it also forbidden to show the "correct" classification?
So, do I have to check the player in H2N Software to get the correct classification?
Does this Update only work for Party?
Tried it on Pokerstars and nothing changed.
Still no automatic mark for either Fish or Reg

considering the transition from HM2 to your Software and therefore testing it right now.
On Pokerstars, the Note Icon in the HUD doesn't change his color based on Reg/fish categorization. it just stays black.
I have no Problems likes this on 888/Snap .
The Problem exists on regular and zoom.
Is there any special option I have to activate to make this work at Stars ?
What I did so far:
reset all configurations
re-installed clean version of H2N
testing it with another selfmade HUD
