Please ensure that you use the last Hand2Note version and provide us with the additional information:
Delete old log files and all subfolders in the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs
Enable logging in Configuration -> Other Options -> Logging
Reproduce the problem.
Archive the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs with all subfolders and send to support@hand2note.com.
Please, also make a visual representation of the problem. For example, short video or screenshots where we can see a bug. This will help us a lot to reproduce and fix the problem.
