The issue is fixed only by going from fresh un-install, to the newest beta installer version.
Thanks for helping to fix this for now.
Today i experienced a weird bug on both my computers.
First i tried to start h2n on my laptop and noticed it wouldn't launch no matter what i did.
The only way to get it up was to do a full un-install deleting the appdata database file.
Now later i was creating a second database on my Desktop finishing importing hands, suddenly h2n closed and will not re-open on my desktop.
I am not even getting to the point of receiving an error message. The app does not visually attempt to launch at all.
OK thank you, i followed these steps and the program is at least launching now.
I saved my config file & i still have the folders containing my databases.
Gonna just import my last 2 weeks worth of hands and replace my config file.
Update* i tried to copy paste in my config folder for the alias'.
Now it looks like this, a lot of hands but showing 0/0/0
I used the repair tool on the installer program, and now whenever i open H2N it immediately crashes.
The program was working mostly before this (it would miss like 20% of hero's hands during each session), i ran the repair tool because during my last update it gave me an error message saying the update failed in the command window. When i rebooted the program it said it was fully updated.
I have tried to do a fresh install, along with fully deleting the H2n folder after uninstalling, with no luck.
Support has only given me one email the past 30hours, suggesting that i try to delete "DbServer.cg that is located in the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note"
I cannot find this file anywhere on my computer having issue or my laptop witch the program is working.
ANy help would be much appreciated.
Looks like your connection to Hand2Note was lost, please wait while we try to reconnect.
