No progress, they want to prove this is user specific problem, and they ask for user config every time
Probably they just check the replayer with few hands and if it works -->user problem, however the replayers works fine every time, the problem occures only in live game (and only in SNG?).
Besides that the module import speed is slow, sometimes it imports hands after the SNG is closed, and sometimes it fail to import some live hands. (SSD + Ryzen5 2600 processor and 16GB RAM should be enough)

Placemint and H2N
I using Placemint for table management on Winamax.
My table size is not the default, I play with 820x600 and the location is 140 . -25 and 960 . -25
The new version of H2N came with dynamic support and Winamax module.
My questions are the following:
- H2N needs to read the table header for functioning well, or not necessary?
- The table width/high rate need to stay default or H2n works well with my custom size as well?
- If the tables covers each other the H2N still can read the hand, works well?

It seems the 18.104.22.168 update solved the missing hands problem due to dinamic support, however, the positional HUD sometimes still didn't update correctly.
I playing Heads-up, and use 2 positional HUD, 1 for SB position and 1 for BB position.
When I am the SB, I see villain's BB HUD, when I am the BB I see villain's SB HUD.
Sometimes the HUD freeze down after switching positions, and the HUD don't update, so when I am the SB, I still see villain's SB HUD, instead of BB.

Here is the solution....almost 1 year old and we still waiting to fix it.
The missing hands caused by H2N marks some hands as duplicated hand, so it skiped these imports.
H2N detects all hands as duplicated which hands were dealt to hero at the same second.
For example Hero plays 2 table at the same time and he gets
18/01/2018 14:57:08 AA at Table 1 and he also gets
18/01/2018 14:57:08 22 at Table 2
H2N detect this as duplication (because these hands gets the same Hand ID) and import only 1 hand from this 2 sample.
As I saw on the russian forum there is a beta version wich suppose to fix this, but I don't know when the beta phase close and the version goes to public.

H2N only cares about Pokermaster...
I playing on Winamax, I have the same problem with the missing hands.
I have found the bug (the hands which are dealt to you in the same secundum, gets the same hand ID, so H2N marks these hands as duplicate)
I sent to H2N the bug report and asked they to fix it... it was 1 year ago, and they dont give a fuck..
When I ask the support about the bugfix I get the same answer: it will be fix in the next update...

This bug and the topic is almost 5 months old!
With this monthly subscription system I think this is unacceptable.
I playing only on Winamax and I pay the same price like others who playing e.g. PS and get fully functional program, while I suck with the most basic feature - auto import - which the program was originally built for.
Please solve this bug or if H2N programmes can't solve, or won't solve please reduce the price for Winamax players (e.g. coupon code), because with this bug this program gives me way not 100%.

I use the WPN tools, everything else is working properly, except the dynamic
When I make the dynamic HUD, it did not working in the replayer and the didn't working a the tables as well.
My HUD panel should apper when villain limps in Heads UP, but it only shove up, when villain limps, and I made my action: check or raise.
So it shoves up, 1 action later as it should be (after my action, not villains action)
Dynamic HUD dont work at WPN
I built a HUD panel, and I would like to use as a dynamic HUD.
I want to appear when villain limps preflop, but when the stat filter is ON (and the filter is good, tested), it did not show up.
It seems this feature is restricted, like when I playing on Pokerstars, but it should work on WPN.
How can I solve this problem?
